Time Detective

What if you could return to the scene of a crime while it was happening?

Sylvester Pemberton has spent his life working the family farm and escaping into detective stories. He never expected to live one.

Then Tempus arrives.

An ancient alien parasite with a sharp tongue, Tempus takes up residence in Sylvester’s mind and gives him extraordinary abilities. He can stop time, cross vast distances in an instant, and journey into the past. Suddenly, the life he once imagined is within reach, along with the chance to undo his deepest regrets.

But changing the past doesn’t guarantee a better future.

Starting over in Denver, Sylvester opens the Savior Detective Agency. Stolen evidence and blackmail become cases he can investigate firsthand, returning to the moments everyone else can only reconstruct. Yet his investigations draw him toward a ruthless mob boss connected to his own past and a hidden world where magic is very real.

Worse, something is following him through time. Something that can silence Tempus and leave Sylvester defenseless.

Blending science fiction, fantasy, and mystery, Savior: Time Detective opens the Savior series with an unlikely investigator who can revisit yesterday but must live with what he changes.
